• Travel Validity: Valid for travel between 1 June 2020 until 15 June 2021

• Pre Purchase Deals valid until 30 June 2020. It can be converted into Vouchers with open dates and transferable as a gift to others.

• How to book: please send an email to info@villabaliasri.com with your preferred dates of stay or number of nights required.

• No blackout dates. The villa can be reserved during high season and peak season with a minimum stay. 

• Minimum stay 2 nights during low and high season and 5 nights during peak season.

  • Peak Season 23 December 2020 - January 4, 2021

• Please note that villa inquiry is subject to limited availability at the time of booking.

• Full payment is required to confirm your booking and No Cancellation is allowed. No show and early check out are based on Non-refundable policy

• Amendment Policy: 30 days prior to arrival amendment is allowed, subject to availability.

• Pre Purchase Deal is for private use only.

• Confirmed Villa Booking is transferable into Vouchers and can be presented as a gift to others.

• Non-Combinable with any other previous promotional rates.
